i love that

a group of 10 Facilities Management workers just passed by on my first day at the InfoDesk and got all excited to see me! Sometimes I get down about the past 2 semesters and how much energy I put into that one area of life. Working on a controversial campaign and being seen as one of those at the head of the group put a lot of pressure on me in my personal and public actions.

When stuff like this happens though, I feel like it was all worth it. I love the connections I’ve made with people I probably never would have met otherwise. They are some of the most laid back, honest people I’ve ever met. They just made my day and I am so grateful that they can and are willing to do that for me.
